Our Warranty

What's Covered

We take pride in our work and want you to have complete confidence in every project. Here's what our warranty includes and what falls outside standard coverage.

What's Covered

  • Workmanship defects in forming, pouring, and finishing
  • Structural cracking beyond normal tolerance (greater than 1/4 inch width)
  • Significant settling or heaving caused by improper subgrade preparation
  • Joint failure or premature joint deterioration
  • Delamination or scaling due to improper finishing techniques
  • Color inconsistency in decorative/stamped work caused by application error

Not Covered

  • Cosmetic hairline cracks (normal in concrete and not a structural defect)
  • Staining from external sources (oil, rust, leaves, chemicals)
  • Damage caused by third parties, vehicles, or heavy equipment
  • Natural weathering, freeze-thaw cycles, or extreme weather events
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow recommended care and maintenance
  • Changes in appearance due to normal curing and aging processes

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your project has a warranty-covered issue, follow these simple steps to get it resolved.

Call our office at (812) 204-2889 or email us with a description of the issue. Include photos if possible to help us understand the situation quickly.

On-Site Inspection

We'll schedule a time to visit the project site and assess the issue in person. Our team will determine whether the concern falls within warranty coverage and explain our findings.

Resolution

If the issue is covered under warranty, we'll schedule the repair at no cost to you. We'll coordinate a time that works for your schedule and complete the work promptly.
