McCaslin Concrete Contractors provides concrete construction services including but not limited to residential flatwork, driveways, patios, sidewalks, commercial foundations, decorative concrete, stamped concrete, and related construction services in Evansville, Newburgh, and the greater Tri-State area in Indiana and Kentucky. Our Site provides information about our services, allows you to request free estimates, submit reviews, contact our team, and subscribe to our newsletter.

The information provided on the Site, including descriptions of our services, project examples, and general pricing guidance, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract. All concrete work is subject to a separate written agreement between you and McCaslin Concrete Contractors that details the specific scope, timeline, and pricing for your project.

Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided through our website or during on-site visits are non-binding preliminary assessments based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is determined after a thorough evaluation of the project site, scope of work, material requirements, and any applicable permits or regulations. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.

Prices are subject to change based on material cost fluctuations, unforeseen site conditions, scope changes requested by the customer, or other factors that may affect project costs. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope or pricing will be communicated to you in writing and require your approval before additional work is performed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, schedules, and accepted methods of payment are outlined in the project contract executed between you and McCaslin Concrete Contractors prior to the commencement of work. Generally, a deposit is required at the time of project scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon satisfactory completion of the project. Specific payment milestones may be established for larger projects.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Indiana law. McCaslin Concrete Contractors reserves all rights and remedies available under Indiana law for the collection of unpaid balances, including but not limited to the filing of mechanic's liens on the property where work was performed.

Warranty

McCaslin Concrete Contractors stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty terms and conditions are specified in your project contract and are also outlined on our Warranty page. Cosmetic hairline cracking is a normal characteristic of concrete and is not considered a defect. Our warranty covers workmanship defects and structural issues as defined in the warranty terms and does not extend to damage caused by third parties, improper use, lack of maintenance, or natural events.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the information provided on this Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, McCaslin Concrete Contractors, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.

Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
